POSITION: HR Manager
INDUSTRY: IT Company
WORK LOCATION: Ortigas Pasig
WORK SCHEDULE: 10:00am to 7:00pm
SALARY: Php60,000-Php80,000
WORK SET UP: 4 days on site and 1 day work from home
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, and other essential records
- Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws
- Implement HR strategies and policies
- Implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage full hiring process
