Job Summary:

The HR Manager – APAC plays a vital role in shaping the regional organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate HR standards. By effectively managing people strategies and programs, the HR Manager contributes directly to Electro Rent's global success, growth, and operational excellence. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This position will report directly to the U.S. Headquarters and will manage approximately 75 employees across multiple countries. The successful candidate must be fluent in conversational Mandarin and possess intermediate-level English communication skills. This individual will serve as a strategic and operational HR partner, ensuring compliance, fostering engagement, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
