Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with Headquarter and lead the end-to-end implementation of the new HR system.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
System Configuration
- Configure the HRIS to meet organizational needs, including setting up workflows, user roles, security settings, and data structures.
- Customize reports, dashboards, and user interfaces as required.
Data Migration
- Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to the new HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and execute data validation and housekeeping processes.
HRIS Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the HR system, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.
