We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions in the company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment laws Lead workforce planning and manpower strategies to support business operations Manage all Work Pass matters (S Pass / Work Permit / Employment Pass), including application, renewal, and compliance Liaise with government authorities such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on regulatory requirements Oversee payroll processes, compensation & benefits administration Maintain proper HR records, reporting, and documentation Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and organizational development Requirements: At least 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction or...
