Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a strong Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting processes and programs vital to the efficient and effective operation of the Taiwan sales and engineering teams in two sites (Taipei & Hsinchu). You will participate in the design and implementation and support of HR programs and activities, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and motivates quality employees. You are expected to be proactive, use good judgement, and people skills to create an excellent workplace. The successful candidate in this role is a hands on HR generalist with passion for both operational and strategic HR.
