Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and organizational culture. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
