HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for developing, ideating, and executing the HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives. This role ensures that HR initiatives drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will oversee strategic HR programs, talent management, and HR operations, bridging people’s strategy with business outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR strategy or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and execute HR programs end-to-end.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision‑making capability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
