About the Job

• End-to-End HR Operations: Oversee the daily execution of HR functions, including on boarding/off boarding, employee records management, and office administration.
• Talent Acquisition: Support local business heads with end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate screening and interview coordination to managing local on boarding cycles.
• Policy & Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining localised company handbooks, SOP’s, and employee policies in accordance with Malaysian employment legislation.
