Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to manage HR operations in our manufacturing and trading company. The role involves recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with Kenyan labor laws.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deductions (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, HELB).

• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.

• Handle employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary processes.

• Support performance management and training initiatives.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• IHRM certification preferred.

• 3+ years’ HR experience, ideally in manufacturing/trading.
