Job Responsibility
• Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis by gathering salary survey data and providing reports.• Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.
• Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring they understand program details and eligibility.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Support the integration of compensation and benefits processes with other HR systems and workflows.
