Hub Manager - Last Mile, SPX Express (Sarikei, Sarawak)

Job Description

• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
• Working location: Sarikei, Sarawak
• Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase
• Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pick-up to end customer
• Manage and hire staff/subcontractors/part-time drivers/riders
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure depository daily
• Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation
• Work closely with customer service and assist on handling customer requests
• Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcels
• Ensure hub meets 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standards
