Hub Leader (Captive & Insurance Management) u2013 UK, Guernsey and Isle of Man
Aon Captive and Insurance Management (ACIM) is seeking an experienced Director level professional to join the ACIM EMEA leadership team as a Hub Leader.
The Hub Leader will be accountable for a group of captive management offices within the EMEA region u2013 UK, Guernsey and Isle of Man. You will lead the Hubu2019s strategy, financial performance and people agenda, ensuring delivery of highu2011quality captive and insurance management solutions in line with Aonu2019s global strategy, the Aon Impact Model and all applicable regulatory requirements.
This role can be based in the UK, with flexibility on location at one of Aonu2019s offices around the country or in our Guernsey or Isle of Man offices. We work in a hybrid way, with the option to work virtually 2 days per week. Regular travel within the Hub/region will be required.
