Hsse Advisor

Responsibilities
- Provide professional HSSE advice and support to the drilling and wells teams
- Develop, implement and monitor HSSE activity plans for selected drilling campaigns
- Work closely and proactive with Drilling Contractor(s) to promote a strong HSSE culture and performance
- Evaluate risk analyses performed by all service contractors
- Participate and/or facilitate risk assessments related to drilling activities
- Promote HSSE Risk awareness
- Prepare safety statistics and reports
- HSSE incident follow-up
- Establish and maintain bridging documents
- Provide input to AfC, coordinate and ensure deliver in due time
- Facilitate and prepare input to audit and verification program, and participate in audits and inspections, as part of the Company’s duty to “see to” Work closely with HSSE Manager - Drilling and Well, and collaborate with other HSSE resources and teams to share best practices and improve HSSE performance
