HSE Specialist

Location: Valinhos/Campinas - SP, Brazil. Company: JBT Marel. Role Overview As part of JBT Marel’s growth process, we are seeking an HSE Specialist based in Valinhos or Campinas - SP. The successful candidate will be responsible for the local execution of Health and Safety (HSE) programs. This role plays a fundamental part in the implementation and continuous monitoring of our Global Safety Policy and Standards. Responsibilities Field Safety Audits: Conduct technical visits to customer factories to identify risks, propose corrective measures, and monitor the execution of field activities. Operational Support: Provide technical support to field-based operational employees, guiding them on the correct use of PPE, safety procedures, and preventive practices. Compliance Management: Evaluate customer safety requirements in advance and ensure teams comply with all legal and contractual demands.
