Job Description
Hays Health & Safety are working with a high-hazard manufacturing business looking for a HSE Specialist with a strong grasp of process safety, to support the HSE Manager and take ownership ofAH and DSEAR across aplex, fast-moving site.
This is a hands-on role with real influence, working across engineering, operations and projects to ensure hazard risks are controlled, systems are robust, andpliance is where it needs to be.
What you’ll be doingLeading the site’sAH programme and maintaining the safety management system Overseeing DSEARpliance, risk assessments and action tracking Acting as the key contact for regulators and external bodies Supporting projects andmissioning, ensuring safety is built in from the start Tracking performance, leading audits and pushing continuous improvement
