About the Role 
Reporting to Operations, the HSE Manager VIC is responsible for driving safety performance across Victorian manufacturing operations.

This is a visible, plant-based leadership role. You will partner closely with site leaders and production teams to ensure safety standards are embedded into daily operations and supported by practical, fit-for-purpose systems.
