 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to showcase your full skillset on a prestigious project here in Riyadh, managing a team of fellow HS&E professionals within your department, whilst directly managing a large contractor multi-discipline workforce engaged in a 5-year D&B Contract.
What You'll Be Doing:
Directly managing and mentoring a team of SAPL HSE specialists.
Overseeing and managing a large, multi-discipline construction contractor.
Implementing and monitoring a new and bespoke, Project specific HS&E Management System.
Conducting daily site visits and monitoring, reporting via Digital App based Reporting System.
Leading follow up investigations on above reports/incidents.
Liaising with fellow SAPL site staff, contractors and Client.
Carrying out any mandatory HS&E Training for SAPL, Contractor or Cl...
