Key Activities: Safety Leadership Develop and implement HSE strategy. Promote a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with MHSA and environmental legislation. Risk Management Lead hazard identification and risk assessments. Develop mitigation plans. Ensure effective emergency preparedness. Compliance Maintain legal compliance registers. Liaise with regulatory authorities. Coordinate audits and inspections. Incident Management Lead incident investigations. Implement corrective actions. Analyse trends and provide recommendations. Environmental Management Ensure responsible environmental stewardship. Manage rehabilitation obligations. Monitor environmental impacts. Reporting Develop HSE dashboards. Present performance metrics to leadership and board structures. Experience and Qualifications required: Degree or Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline.
