The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, credible Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) leader to take ownership of safety, wellbeing and environmental performance at a complex manufacturing site. This is a highly visible role, sitting on the Site Leadership Team, with real autonomy to shape strategy, drive cultural change and make a lasting impact.

What you’ll be responsible for
Setting and delivering the site HSE strategy in line with Group, sector and regulatory requirements

Leading cultural and behavioural change to embed a proactive, positive safety culture

Ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation and site permits

Maintaining and continuously improving Safety & Environmental Management Systems
