About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a well‑established UK manufacturing organisation specialising in building products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HSE Manager to take full ownership of health, safety and environmental operations within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment.

This is a standalone role, where you will be responsible for the entire site’s HSE function, working closely with leadership and operational teams to drive standards, ensure compliance, and create a positive, proactive safety culture.

You will play a key role in not only identifying risks but also providing practical, workable solutions, helping the business operate safely and efficiently.
