About the Role Reporting to a senior operational leader, this role is responsible for driving health, safety and environmental performance across a national division.

You will develop and execute the HSE strategy, build practical action plans with leaders, and ensure robust systems, reporting and governance are in place.
The role supports both operational and corporate teams and covers physical and psychosocial safety. It requires a balance of strategic thinking and practical engagement across site environments.
