HSE Engineer II

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead the development,implementation.and maintenance of laboratory safaty programs,policies and procedures.
+ Ensure saft handing, storage,use and disposal of chemicals , and any hazardous or nonhazardous material according to Company police and local regulatory requirments.
+ Develop and deliver laboratory safety training programs.
+ Complete the HSE related communications.
+ Lead investigation of lab incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
+ Implement the contractor management safety
+ Conduct routine HSE related work, including waste management, environmental monitoring and industrial hygiene monitoring, etc.
+ Maintain laboratory emergency response plans and coordinate emergency drills.
+ Plan and conduct laboratory safety inspections and internal audits.
+ Collaborate with R&D, QA, Facilities, and external service providers.
+ Serve as the laboratory safety subject matter expert for audits and inspections.
