HSE Engineer II

**HSE Governance & Compliance**

+ Drive and oversee HSEMS governance across the GES organization.
+ Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory HSE requirements.
+ Conduct remote and onsite HSE audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.

**HSE Program Deployment**

+ Deploy standardized HSE tools, processes, and best practices across GES.
+ Lead implementation of HSE programs aligned with global and regional strategies.
+ Support regional HSE initiatives and process excellence programs.

**Risk Management & Field Support**

+ Provide field-level HSE support, including risk assessments and safe work practices.
+ Guide engineers and teams on hazard identification, mitigation, and PPE usage.
+ Support contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.

**Training & Competency Development**

+ Deliver HSE training programs (virtual and onsite).
+ Conduct new employee inductions and safety orientations.
