Hse Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
- The HSE Advisor will report directly to the VP HSEQ.
- This role will be to provide support for HSE.
- Follow up of subcontractors HSE Program and HSE Activity Plan.
- Prepare Emergency response and notification plans and support with training the emergency response organization.
- Participate in and follow up project audits to ensure that the HSE management system is followed and maintained.
- Ensure that HSE inspections are scheduled and carried out on project sites.
- Ensure that HSE requirements are included in enquiries, bid clarifications and contract agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
