HSE Advisor

Monadelphous is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to contribute to the safe delivery of our major Engineering Construction Projects across the Oil & Gas, Lithium and Iron Ore sectors. Available positions include FIFO Shutdowns and FIFO 2&1 project rosters.

All positions come with competitive salary packages, site uplifts, and Project Completion Bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE advice and expertise to manage HSE issues and to improve HSE performance, culture and management.
• Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training/awareness.
• Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
• Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
• Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.
