Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland, with a focus on the civil engineering package (groundworks, concrete, structural works, utilities, and associated infrastructure). The successful candidate will promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations, supporting safe execution of works in accordance with Finnish legislation, EU directives, and company HSE standards. This is a site-based position requiring strong field presence and proactive engagement with supervisors, subcontractors, and the client team.
