HSE Advisor

The Cahill Group is currently recruiting a HSE Advisor to join our collaborative QHSE team in Calgary, AB. As a HSE Advisor, you play a pivotal role in promoting a positive HSE culture within the office and while working on project sites. You will develop, coordinate, and conduct HSE training and orientations for new staff, including tradespeople and contractors on project sites to ensure HSE policies and regulations are understood and followed. You play a key role in facilitating incident investigations and coordinating and conducting follow-ups with personnel, while ensuring all documentation is maintained and communicated to applicable parties.
