**HSE Advisor**
On behalf of Archer Wind we are looking for an HSE Advisor to join their offshore wind projects.
**Location**:Stavanger or Bergen

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Follow up of subcontractors HSE Program and HSE Activity Plan.
- Prepare Emergency response and notification plans and supporting with training the emergency response organization.
- Participate in and follow up project audits to ensure that the HSE management system is followed and maintained.
- Ensure that HSE inspections are scheduled and carried out on project sites.
- Ensure that HSE requirements are included in enquiries, bid clarifications and contract agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Follow up the incident reporting from contractors.
- Facilitate risk workshops for fabrication and assembly activities
- Management and follow up of Job Risk Assessments and Work Permit processes.
- Facilitate lessons learned during the project.
