HSE Advisor

A national contractor operating across complex deconstruction, industrial projects is seeking an HSE Advisor to strengthen their health, safety and compliance framework. The business delivers large-scale projects across Australia. This role supports projects nationally, providing systems expertise, risk support and practical guidance across HSE. You’ll work closely with a small corporate team while partnering with project and workshop teams to ensure compliance and continual improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and maintain alignment with ISO standards.
• Support onboarding processes, including medicals and compliance checks.
• Manage licence and certification requirements, including asbestos-related compliance.
• Provide weekly HSE support for the workshop, including SWMS reviews.
