Jamieson Wellness is seeking an HSE Advisor to drive the health, safety, and environmental programs. In this full-time position, you'll investigate incidents, recommend solutions, and manage workers' compensation claims at our Windsor locations. Your expertise will help track incident data and reinforce a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations into incidents using root cause analysis
• Recommend solutions for incident prevention
• Conduct hazard assessments and safety analyses
• Track and analyze incident data for systematic risks
• Coach team members on safe work practices
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing
