HRIS Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing system support
• Ensure data security best practices (OAuth 2.0, etc.)
• Perform unit, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Support Workday releases and post-production enhancements

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong Workday exposure
• Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (70%):
• Workday Studio
• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Core Connectors
• Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Functional experience (30%) in:
• Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
• Configurations related to integrations
