HRIS Specialist

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong HR specialist with hands-on experience in HRIS management, system reconciliation, and HRIS implementations or migrations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of our HR systems.

The ideal candidate has experience working through HRIS transitions, data audits, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams. Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

HRIS Management & Optimization

+ Maintain and support HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance

+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems, including troubleshooting and user support

+ Configure workflows, reporting structures, and system updates as needed
