This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a datadriven environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about enabling decisionmaking through HR systems, reporting, and analytics.

This role blends business acumen with analytical expertise to support HR strategy, operations, continuous process improvement and organizational decisionmaking. You will develop dashboards and visual analytics, respond to HR data requests, and produce highquality reporting that equips leaders with meaningful insights. While tools such as Excel Power BI support your work, this position is firmly focused on HR business processes and reporting systems.
