I’m pleased to be recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing team based in London. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Oracle HR systems, ensuring reliable HR data, and improving reporting and processes across the function. The successful candidate will help strengthen system capability, data quality, and user experience while contributing to ongoing HR technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support for Oracle HR systems, acting as a key point of contact for HR and operational users. 

Maintain and update system configuration including workflows, approvals, and business rules.

Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, and Recruitment are the modules you’d be using.

Support bulk uploads and system data changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
