HRIS Analyst (Contract – 6 Months)

As an Executive, HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting HR systems administration, digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, HR analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.

Working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external solution providers, you will contribute towards delivering reliable, efficient, and data-driven HR services that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Operations & System Administration

• Administer and support day-to-day HRIS operations to ensure system availability and data integrity.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide first-level support for HRIS-related enquiries and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support user access management, system configuration, and maintenance activities.
