Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Success Factors Analyst with a strong background in Employee Central, onboarding, Lever ATS, and SAP ECC. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HRIS analyst, with a focus on Foundation object system integration, business rules, workflow management, data loads, data management, advance reporting, and success factors certification is a plus. Experience with SAP replication and supporting employees globally is also required. Administer and maintain Success Factors, primarily focused on Employee Central, onboarding, and Lever ATS Configure and customize the Success Factors to meet the organization's HR needs, including creating and managing business rules, workflows, and data loads Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, integrations, and new features Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues...
