1. Đối tác nhân sự /Business Partner
- Lập kế hoạch hoạt động hàng năm cho bộ phận HRBP/Make annual operational plan of HRBP.
- Phối hợp với CB trong viêc xây dựng ngân sách nhân sự /Corporate with CB to build the budget plan.
- Tư vấn về chính sách, thủ tục và đề xuất chế độ tiền lương và phúc lợi, nhằm đảm bảo sự công bằng trong nội bộ, phù hợp với chính sách của công ty và giữ được tính cạnh tranh trên thị trường. Tư vấn khen thưởng, xử phạt, xử lý kỷ luật cho các bộ phận chức năng trong công ty. /Advise on policies, procedures and propose compensation and benefit to ensure internal fairness, align with company policies and to remain competitive in the market. Advising on rewards and disciplinary actions.
