HRBP

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the overseas regional business team, supporting local organizational development and personnel growth.
• Drive the implementation of HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations—in alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between the China headquarters and the local overseas team.
• Support the execution and optimization of regional HR processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Contribute to local team management and assist in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience as an HRBP or in a related human resources role.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills....
