What you’ll do:Responsible for working collaboratively to maintain a healthy and respectful work environment, applying discipline and the standards established by the organization. Provided support to employees and addressed workplace concerns, offering alternatives and assistance to help minimize the impact on job performance and productivity. Worked closely with other departments to keep turnover and absenteeism among the lowest in the region. Supported pre-payroll activities, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and ensured compliance with administrative guidelines for the proper management and safeguarding of employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology.
- 4+ years of experience in a related position.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience managing or supporting a headcount of 1,500+ employees.
