Job Description



Operations group in Renesas refers to divisions in manufacturing, QA, SCM, procurement. Renesas maintains a vast manufacturing and R&D footprint, including major sites in Japan (e.g., Naka, Takasaki, Kawashiri) and international locations, supported by a global sales network.



This role reports to, and partners closely with, the Global HR Business Partner to support Enterprise Foundations - Operations leadership team.


As an HR Business Partner, you are as a strategic enabler and executor of Enterprise Foundations - Operations people priorities - partnering with senior leaders and below to drive business‑aligned people strategies.


You will leverage your understanding of Renesas’ processes, systems, and culture to provide insights and solutions that enable leaders to make effective, data‑driven people decisions.
