What you will do:
Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to help leaders make informed decisions regarding their teams.
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from high-impact onboarding to strategic offboarding.
Work closely with the responsible COE during performance management cycles, ensuring a feedback culture is ingrained and actionable.
