The role involves 60% recruitment and 40% HRBP responsibilities , ensuring smooth staffing, employee engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (60%) Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinics & regional roles. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & agencies. Partner with hiring managers to define manpower plans and job briefs. Drive mass hiring for front-end, technical, and managerial positions. Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure joining targets are met. HRBP & Operations (40%) Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries in the region.
