Responsibilities:
Plan and organize socials (summer/winter social, some snack and drink events)HR tasks (inputting days off etc). Some reception coverage as the successful candidate would be part of the Admin team Some marketing tasksSome accounting (disbursement posting)Helping with boardroom scheduling/lunch if neededAssisting with setup for new incoming staff (office setup, stamp/card ordering)Kitchen maintenance (ordering of supplies, general tidiness)Assist with facilities maintenance (call in lights that need changing)Be the check in person for staff working remotelyOrder general stationary suppliesSupport the Director of Operations with day to day tasks Salary: 55-60k per annum, dependent on experience
