HR Volunteering Coordinator

Salary: £25,986 p.a. (pro-rated to £20,788.80 p.a.)

Hours: 30 hours per week

Location: Hybrid – 3 days on site (Gravesend) and 1 day working remotely

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Volunteering Co‑ordinator to support the day‑to‑day delivery of our volunteering programme. In this important role, you will coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, compliance checks, record‑keeping, engagement activities and ongoing support. You will play a key part in ensuring volunteers have a positive, safe and meaningful experience, while helping the organisation attract, engage and retain a diverse volunteer community.
