HR Technology Consultant

Looking for HCM Consulanat with experience of 5-6 yrs.

Senior SAP HCM module implementations (Indian Payroll, PA, OM, Time Management, ESS & MSS, Travel, etc.) across projects.

Should have mandatory worked on Indian Payroll

·Should have atleast 3 E2E implementations (BBP to Go-live) & support projects.

·Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP HCM solutions.

·Design end-to-end solutions, including configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems.

·Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, etc.) to ensure smooth system integration.

·Provide thought leadership on best practices, process optimization, and industry trends in HR technology.

·Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.
