HR Talent Coordinator/ HR Administrator with experience SuccessFactors experience supporting pre-onboarding activities for to hiring leaders 
This role is 5 days in office in Calgary.
Must have:
2+ years of experience as a HR Administrator or coordinator with understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment
Strong Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience with HRIS systems preferrable SuccessFactors or Workday
Nice to have:
Experience with event coordination an asset
What you will do:
Become a master of the SuccessFactors Onboarding Module to effectively provide support and training for hiring managers, responsible persons, or new hires to help understand their role in the onboarding process
