Position Overview

The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing the complete HR operations for the Pakistan team, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, HR compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management. This role works as a centralized HR back‑office support and ensures that all HR processes, records, and policies are implemented effectively across Pakistan employees.

The position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage HR operations independently with remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management (Pakistan Staff)
   1. Manage onboarding and offboarding for all Pakistan employees.
   2. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and joining documentation.
