Probationary Period: 6 months

Working Days: Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday/month

Work Hours: Compressed schedule, 8:00 AM – 6:10 PM

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree

At least 1 year of experience in manpower supervision/handling

At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations & Discipline

Job Responsibilities



Supervise daily HR operations ensuring compliance with procedures and standards

Assign, monitor, and evaluate staff tasks for timely completion

Handle employee inquiries and provide first-level HR concern resolution

Assist in audit preparation, ensuring proper documentation and readiness
