Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Competency Intern to gain hands‑on experience in developing impactful learning programs. This 6‑month internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce in Global Business Services.

Note: This is a full‑time, paid internship lasting for six months, with the possibility of extension or transitioning into a full‑time role based on performance and business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the training team to design, develop, and update training materials.
• Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in skills & knowledge.
• Work closely with the GBS Development & Engagement Manager to support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in maintaining training records and documentation.
