C Evans Consulting is seeking an experienced Federal HR Staffing Specialists to support a new DoD contract. You will join a high-impact team that manages cradle-to-grave federal staffing and classification services for a multi-agency federal client base. This role requires an active Secret clearance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on mission-critical hiring initiatives supporting the Department of Defense’s accelerated 60-day hiring model.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage 25-30 active hiring actions across all phases of the recruitment lifecycle

+ Collaborate with hiring managers on job analyses, assessments, and recruitment strategies

+ Create and post vacancy announcements in USA Staffing (USAS)

+ Utilize DoD HR systems, Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)...
